*Instructions to Apply for 3% Sports Quota for Meritorious Sports Persons*

 1. Visit the Website:

Go to https://schemes.sdatservices.tn.gov.in/#/schemes/login

 2. Login or Register:

 • Existing Users: Enter your phone number → receive OTP → insert OTP → login.

 • New Users: First, register on the website.

 • Select your discipline as ____

 • If ____ is not available, select Others.

 • Then login.

 3. Select Scheme:

 • Once logged in, select *3% Sports Quota Reservations*.

1. *Update Basic Information*

Fill in:

 • Name, phone number, date of birth, email ID, Aadhaar number, address

 • Category → select Athlete

 • Religion, communal category, subcaste

2. *Upload Documents*

All files must be in PDF format, size ≤ 250 KB:

 • Birth Certificate

 • Aadhaar card photo

 • Nativity Certificate

3. *Education Qualification*

Update all education qualifications you have completed:

 • SSLC, 12th/HSC, Diploma, UG, PG degrees, etc.

4. *Sports Achievements*

Fill carefully in each column:

 • *Type of Sport:* Team

 • *Represented:* India → International

Tamil Nadu → National or State tournament

 • *Name of Competition:* Asian Championship → for Asian Championship

Others → for South Asian Championship and National Championship 

State Championship → for State Championship 

 • *Details of Competition:* Exact title from certificate 

 • *Sports Discipline*: YOUR S

 • *Event:* International / National / State

 • *Year of Event*: As per certificate

 • *Place Secured:* Gold / Silver / Bronze

 • *Upload Certificate:*

International → Merit Certificate with Form 1 (PDF ≤ 250 KB)

National → Merit Certificate with Form 2 (PDF ≤ 250 KB)

State → Merit Certificate (PDF ≤ 250 KB)

*Important:* Please follow the instructions carefully while applying online to ensure your application is accepted.
